To Prevent your emails going into SPAM folders.

A client of mine was frustrated with me this week because I had apparently not replied to her emails.  On inspection I did receive the emails but they went straight into my SPAM folder ready to be deleted - REASON - the Subject line was "Hi There Its Me...".  Our filters identified this as SPAM - a number of SPAM emails are floating about with this subject.  More and more companies are setting up strong filters. 

So do this: Write your Subject line in a business manner. 
For example - Support Request, Edit Required to Website etc. 
Also take this advice when communicating with your contacts.  May save you some frustration.
